Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with the S7 300 CPU Memory Card. Somehow it corrupted, and it is not working anymore. The problem started after I did some downloads to the CPU. I tried to reset using two different procedures that I found on Siemens manuals, but with no luck.

Looks like the Siemens File System is damaged, and I know that I cannot format it using a regular PC.

Does it have any chance to recover it, or I have to buy a new one from Siemens?
