<p>Afternoon,</p> <p>I am experiencing a strange phenomenom configuring ANALOGUE OUTPUT CHANNELS on an AI895.</p> <p>-</p> <ul> <li>List item</li> </ul> <h2>I Have Created 3 Nunique Variables local to a project of the type RealIO.</h2> <p>I then connected the Variables at the IO card channels on channels 5 6 and 7 and activated the channels.(1-4 were already configured) -An instruments tecnician connected the feild device to channel5 and powered up.</p> <p>I noticed connection error 10 on Channel 5 however channel 6 was ok with nothing connected. I sent full range to the instrument and the technician stated that he was reading nothing on channel 5 and only on 6 ??</p> <ul> <li>List item</li> </ul> <p>in essence..I write to channel 5 in the software and the value goes to channel 6 on te cards terminals.</p> <p>write to channel 6 and the value goes to channel 7 on the actual card terminals. and so on.</p> <ul> <li>List item</li> </ul> <p>I have elimnated the base and the card by writing the same data to a different address at a new card.The same fault exists.</p> <ul> <li>List item</li> </ul> <p>I have also disconneted all associations with graphics.</p> <p>HAS ANY ONE COME ACROOS SUCH A FAULT BEFORE?????</p>

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I need some help configuring the system block SFC20 "BLKMOV" in a S7-400 system. I want to copy DW 6 and 3 more words ,total 4 words, from DB100 to DB200. I want the first word from DB100 to end up in DW32 in DB200. There is a couple of ways to write the input parameters to the SFC20 that the S7 compiler think is OK, but I don't know which one that will do the trick. In the help text it says that both the SRCBLK &amp; the DSTBLK is "area", but if I want to copy between datablocks I can't define DSTBLK as area, only as the start of the area. Examples: This way I can declare both source and destination as area but I can't change datablock:</p> <pre><code> OPN DB100 CALL "BLKMOV" SRCBLK :=P#DBX 6.0 BYTE 8 RET_VAL:=#RetVal DSTBLK :=P#DBX 32.0 BYTE 8 </code></pre> <p>This way I can change datablock but the destination is then declared as the start of the destination area.
